Family Therapy
Family therapy is a specialized type of psychotherapy.  In family therapy, the family is viewed as an intimate system with patterns in which everything one member does influences all other members. By observing these patterns and interactions among and between family members, a skilled family therapist can identify personal strengths and resources that can lead to workable solutions to problems of childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. Family therapists and their clients work together to develop a well-defined "plan of action" for achieving mutually identified goals.Â
Eddie and Penny both have extensive training and experience in family therapy.
